Refund policy

Due to the small scale of our batches and the way we handle our products, all sales are final. Exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis (for example if products are damaged on arrival). By purchasing items from The Front Alley's online shop, you are waiving your right to a statutory cooling-off period (such as the 14-day cancellation period in the EU) for that purchase.
